These terms apply to your use of the Rush PT website (rushpt.com.au) and any personal training or group fitness services provided by Rush PT, operated by Sakaja Kiendi. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Rush PT provides:
- Personal training: One-on-one sessions at Fitness First Kings Cross, tailored to your fitness level and goals.
- Group boot camp: Outdoor circuit training sessions held at Rushcutters Bay Park, Potts Point. Sessions run Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings.
Session availability, locations, and schedules may change. We will notify you of any significant changes in advance.
Free Week Offer
From time to time, Rush PT may offer a complimentary trial week (“Free Week”). The terms of this offer:
- The Free Week includes 3 group training sessions at Rushcutters Bay Park.
- Available to new clients only, limited to one Free Week per person.
- Spots are limited and subject to availability.
- No payment details are required to participate in the Free Week.
- There is no obligation to continue after your Free Week.
Bookings and Payments
Bookings for paid services are made through our online booking system (powered by Amelia). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
- Programme pricing and package details will be provided to you directly or on the relevant booking page.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is straightforward:
- 24 hours notice: Cancel or reschedule any session with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.
- Late cancellation: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
- No-shows: If you do not attend a booked session without notice, the session is forfeited.
- Trainer cancellation: If we need to cancel a session (weather, illness, etc.), you will be notified as early as possible and your session will be rescheduled or credited.
Health and Safety
By participating in Rush PT sessions, you acknowledge that:
- Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
- You are voluntarily participating and assume responsibility for any risks associated with physical activity.
- You should consult a medical professional before starting any exercise programme if you have health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions.
- You will inform your trainer of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before and during sessions.
- Rush PT is not liable for any injury or health issue that arises from participation in sessions, except where caused by our negligence.
Photography and Media
Rush PT may take photos or videos during group sessions for use on social media, the website, or promotional materials. If you prefer not to appear in any media, let your trainer know at any time and we will respect your preference.
Intellectual Property
All content on rushpt.com.au, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Rush PT and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Rush PT’s total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
